MIBIMBO: Celebrates 80 Years of History
As part of its 80th anniversary, celebrated last December 2, Grupo Bimbo unveiled mibimbo its new interactive museum, scheduled to open on January 20, 2026.
The tour offers an immersive experience that showcases the company’s evolution, from its first ovens to the modern processes that have established it as a global leader.

During its presentation, which was featured on a national television program, Mexico’s Secretary of the Environment, Alicia Bárcena, acknowledged Grupo Bimbo’s commitment to sustainability, as well as its progress in renewable energy and recycling initiatives.
In addition, the museum supports a meaningful cause: a portion of ticket sales will be allocated to the conservation of the Mexican black bear.
